One of my favorite art activities to do with kids is also one of the simplest. All you need are a few basic supplies and some imagination! A few paper plates and your basic art supply box can provide little artists with endless opportunity for creative fun.

2. Paper Plate Rainbow Streamers
This is a fun activity to do with your little one if you’re studying rainbows, or if rainbows are just on of their favorite things. You can find the details at activityvillage.co.uk
3. Paper Plate Monkey Mask
Found online at Activity Village UK, this little monkey mask is sure to make your little monkey giggle with pure enjoyment! It’s pretty easy to do, but find the full instructions here .
4. Woven Rainbow Paper Plate Craft
You need some basic supplies, and your child needs a little bit of patience for this one, but the results DO look stunning! 9. Paper Plate Skeleton
This one looks super impressive, and would be great for Halloween or if one of your older kids wanted to have a ‘scary’ party. This is one I found at Instructables.com. Get all the details here .
10. Paper Plate Aquarium
This one is great. I found the picture online, but when i clicked through the instructions were in Russian. I have included it in my list, along with the link to the original page, because i think it is so cute!. Looks to me, all you need is some paint, crepe paper, cardboard,glue and beans, and you too can help your little one create their very own aquarium! Find the original here .
